Lemon Mint Tea

Surprise! There is no lemon in our lemonmint tea. Rather this herbal infusion effuses lemon via lemon balm, lemon verbena, and lemongrass; three very citrusy herbs that offer depth to contrast with the peppermint and spearmint. You can add a wedge of lemon if you want, but we don’t think you’ll miss it. We love this loose leaf herbal tea brewed strong and hard, maybe about 10-15 minutes. After that we add heaps of sugar, some more water, and then serve it over ice. (And then fresh lemon, because we’re persnickety like that.)
