Terms of Payments

We offer you different methods to pay us online before your order is shipped. We accept payments made to us from the debit, credit, or net banking portal of your bank. After confirming your payment you will be redirected to the online payment gateway.

All payments are processed on the payment gateway portal using the standard Secured Sockets Layer or SSL with 128-bit encryption. The data is not accessed from our end but by the payment gateway portal and is only held till the time the transaction is in process. The payment gateway used by our portal complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI-DSS.

We accept all national and international VISA, Mastercard, Americal Express, and Discover cards through our portal. At the time of final confirmation, you may be asked for an OTP which has to be shared at the time of providing final confirmation about your payment.

If the transaction fails, you will be redirected to a page that contains details of the failed transaction. Whether the amount is credited at your end from your bank is not up to us and we cannot be held liable for any issues here.

Cancellation Policy

We give you the right to cancel your order even after making a payment. But this information has to be shared with us as soon as possible. If your product is not shipped yet we will refund the amount. However, note that any taxes or payment gateway charges may not be refunded. In case your order has been shipped already check out our Return Policy mentioned below.

Return Policy

Since we are sellers of spices under the category of food products we generally do not accept returns from customers once your order is shipped. However, only under a few circumstances do we allow returns under an extraordinary circumstance.

  1. If you have canceled your order after making the payment you should inform us. Not only this, you must not accept the order and ask the courier to send the package back to us. Please do not accept the receipt and make sure it is also sent with the shipment. In this case, you will be charged a return fee which will be deducted from your refund amount at the time of processing the refund automatically from our end. We shall also process the refund from our end within 10 working days.
  2. We always ask our customers to properly check the package at the time of accepting it from the courier. If you see any unsealed product or tampering with the package you must not accept the package and ask the courier company to send it back to us. Once the shipment arrives at our backend we will check for the signs of damage or spoiled items thoroughly before refunding the amount. It is important to share such details with us right away. We may ask you to send photos or proofs of such spoilt and damaged items to you before returning the package to the courier.

Refund Rules

All refunds are made by our backend team after going through the details of the transaction. In any case, if it is seen that you have tried to mislead us and sent falsified information or deliberate product tampering at your end we are not liable for any refund.

Our refund rules specify that our liability is to process the refund amount back through the same payment gateway within 10 working days excluding Sundays or any other holidays at our company.

We do not hold any responsibility thereafter. The customer must check their account or card balance or visit the bank if necessary to check if the refund amount has been credited. For any bank or payment gateway delays, we will not be held liable.

All refunds done will exclude any taxes, surcharges, courier fees, return charges, shipment charges, and taxes. We cannot be held liable for refunding such amounts paid by you.

From the time of canceling your order, we may contact you any time before the refund is processed at our end. If you are not available at your contact details given to us during this time we cannot be held responsible for cancelling the refund after 10 days.
